Jayden McCartney is a billionaire always being pestered by his family; the thing is they want him to settle down, he was a cm away from that until his heart was ripped out. He is now in need of a girlfriend for his sisters wedding so he goes to the only person who can help him hire the perfect pretend girlfriend; lets just say he didn't expect his cousin peter to be so stupid. Alex has it tough especially when her dad is becoming sicker by the day ,he needs a heart transplant;but her family can't afford the money for the surgery which could mean losing her father-that's not an option! She then doesn't expect her saviour to be the handsome Jayden McCartney. What she doesn't realise that he needs her help ,by that he means she needs to be His Hired Girlfriend; firstly she turns him down but she then feels sorry for him as she hears he is gay-needs to take girl home,but what she doesn't know is the truth and it will break her heart when she finds out ;she might be His Hired Girlfriend but it when it comes to first love anyone would be dumb enough not to know !
This was a very amusing book to read -a quick read too; I loved that it was set in two different settings the storyline was a bit cliché but incredibly written; this was the first book I have read written by Alexia Praks-I'm going to give her other books a chance as this was amazing 5/5 for me!BTW it is free on kindle and Ibooks make sure to grab it ...quick!
